An estimate for that work is included. This is usually, but not always, done on-site at the first meeting. Fee: $50 & up (*) Design Plan: Scale drawing for one or more areas of greater complexity. More extensive detailing, including construction details if needed. Fee: $100 + up (*) Design Master Plan: Considers the whole property for optimum tie-in of all elements, including construction details. Ideal for a phased installation.
